Join Chef Paul Shufelt and indulge in a Swine & Dine–style feast celebrating the very best of Alberta pork from Irvings Farm Fresh. Enjoy a curated lineup of hearty dishes, from bratwurst on a bun to a decadent charcuterie spread, all crafted to showcase rich, savoury flavours. Each bite is perfectly paired with craft beers from Blindman Brewing, making for a cozy, flavour-packed evening.

Deck the Rolls: Sushi Workshop

December 4, 11 & 18 | 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Trade the dinner table for a sushi mat and roll your way through a night of laughter, learning, and sake. You’ll make it — and eat it — together.

Roll up your sleeves and learn the art of sushi making in this fun, hands-on holiday workshop. Guided step by step, you’ll craft your own rolls and nigiri while sipping on tea and sake, then enjoy your creations on the spot. Recommended for ages 13+.

The menu features Futomaki, California Roll, Dynamite Roll, Ultimate Avocado Roll, and Tuna Nigiri. Guests will take home four rolls and two pieces of nigiri, plus their own sushi mat and sake cup to keep the tradition going at home. It’s the perfect mix of skill, flavor, and festive fun.

This farm-to-table holiday dinner crafted and hosted by Chef Paul Shufelt with the freshest ingredients from Lakeside Farmstead. Gather around the table for a plated, multi-course meal that highlights Alberta’s finest farm produce and thoughtfully prepared seasonal flavours. A thoughtful selection of drink pairings will enhance each course, making this a true celebration of local food and festive spirit.
