Classic Tourtiere Making Workshop with Chartier

Get to know a true holiday favourite with a hands-on tourtière experience. In this workshop, you’ll learn about the history of this classic French-Canadian Christmas dish, explore the traditional ingredients and flavours, and learn how to assemble your own mini tourtière to take home.

This is an assembly workshop, not a from-scratch cooking class. The dough and filling will be fully prepped for you, so you can focus on learning how to build your tourtière, create different lattice and pastry designs, and finish it for baking at home.

Each participant will assemble and take home one small tourtière. One ticket includes one tourtière, and the workshop is for ages 13+.
