Enjoy a curated lineup of hearty dishes, from bratwurst on a bun to a decadent charcuterie spread, all crafted to showcase rich, savoury flavours. Each bite is perfectly paired with craft beers from Blindman Brewing, making for a cozy, flavour-packed evening.
Irvings Farm Fresh Grazing Table: Select cured meats, pate & terrine, pickles, preserves, breads, crackers
Pork n’ Beans: Traditional cassoulet, smoked pork hocks, andouille sausage, duck confit, great white northern beans, rich braise.
‘Brat Bar’: Classic beer bratwurst, caramelized onions, mustard, crusty buns.
Belly n’ Butternut: Maple soy braised pork belly, butternut squash, roasted corn, ancho oil, candied pecans.
