Job Title: Productions & Operations Manager
Work Location: Hybrid Schedule up to November, with On-Site Attendance at Fort Edmonton Park
Contract: August 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026
Report to: Danica Koller – General Manager & COO
The Production + Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the production and growth of the holiday festival product, Edmonton Christmas Market. Additional key responsibilities are to assist the General Manager and Executive Producer in overseeing and managing internal and external facing team members and departments for pre and post festival. This role will also provide support, oversight and management of the onsite operations for all aspects of the venue ensuring a safe and enjoyable festival site is fulfilled.

We are seeking a motivated and vibrant individual to join our Edmonton Christmas Market (ECM) team. Reporting to the General Manager and the Markets and Events Director, the Stage Manager will support the planning, organizing and execution of the ECM Play, Performances and Musicians Program including management of the performance schedule.

We are seeking a motivated and vibrant individual to join our Edmonton Christmas Market (ECM) team. Reporting to the General Manager and Executive producer, the Retail Manager will manage all the Christmas Outpost retail area and other concession areas at a variety of locations within ECM.

The Edmonton Christmas Market (ECM) is seeking a personable, organized, and dependable Personnel Manager to serve as the main on-site contact for our seasonal staff. Based out of our Staff Headquarters (HQ), this role ensures every team member starts their shift with the tools, information, and support they need to succeed. From greeting staff upon arrival to distributing equipment like POS machines, high-visibility vests, parking batons, and walkie-talkies, you’ll keep operations running smoothly and staff feeling supported.

The Edmonton Christmas Market (ECM) is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Experience & Box Office Assistant to help create a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests. You’ll work alongside our Customer Experience Manager and Fort Edmonton Park admissions staff to ensure smooth, efficient, and memorable guest experiences—from answering questions to processing tickets and assisting with on-site needs. If you enjoy working with the public, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can stay cheerful even when it’s busy (or snowing!), this role might be for you.
